Privacy Policy

1.1. This Privacy Policy describes how RobinSystem administration (the "Operator") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information.

1.2. By authorizing via Twitch account, user fully agrees to this Policy and personal data processing terms.

1.3. When authorizing via Twitch, we receive:

• your Twitch account ID;
• username and display name;
• profile avatar URL;
• email address (if provided by Twitch);
• subscriber and partner/affiliate status info.

1.4. While using the Service, we collect:

• bot settings and commands created by user;
• service usage statistics;
• action logs for security and debugging;
• technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system.

Collected data is used to:

• provide and improve service functionality;
• personalize user experience;
• operate bot functionality on your Twitch channel;
• generate analytics and statistics for channel owners;
• process payments and provide premium features;
• communicate with users on technical issues;
• detect and prevent fraud;
• comply with legal requirements.

4.1. Operator applies legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, alteration, or blocking.

4.2. Security measures include:

• encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS);
• secure storage of passwords and tokens;
• regular software updates;
• restricted data access for authorized personnel only;
• monitoring suspicious activity.

4.3. Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for processing purposes. Data is deleted upon user request or no later than 30 days after account deletion.

5.1. Operator does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing without explicit consent.

5.2. Data sharing with third parties is possible in the following cases:

• service providers acting on operator instructions (hosting, payment systems, e.g., NicePay and CryptoCloud);
• web analytics providers (Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica) to the extent required for anonymized traffic statistics and service quality improvements;
• lawful requests from state or law enforcement authorities as required by law;
• protection of legal rights and interests of operator or third parties in legal proceedings.

5.3. Cross-border transfer: service servers may be located outside Russia. In this case, operator performs cross-border transfer only to jurisdictions with adequate data subject protection.

You have the right to:

• request information about your personal data stored by the Operator;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request blocking or deletion if data is incomplete, outdated, or unlawfully obtained;
• withdraw consent to processing (Operator must stop processing within up to 30 days);
• appeal operator actions or inaction to regulator or court.

7.1. RobinSystem offers a Twitch Panel Extension that shows an active viewers leaderboard. Viewers do not need a separate login: data is loaded from RobinSystem API after channel authorization via Twitch Extension Helper.

7.2. Data visible on the panel (public on the channel page):

• Twitch username;
• avatar URL (Twitch CDN);
• leaderboard rank;
• aggregated activity: XP, level, message count, watch time — depending on streamer settings.

7.3. Data source: statistics are generated by RobinSystem (bot, EventSub, level system) and stored in our database. The extension does not read Twitch chat directly and does not sell data to third parties.

7.4. "Sign in with Twitch" in extension Configure opens full authorization on robinsystem.live for the entire RobinSystem platform (bot, commands, levels, overlays, dashboard), not only for the panel. Requested Twitch OAuth scopes are required for those channel features.

7.5. Retention: viewer activity data is stored while the streamer uses RobinSystem and has not deleted the account/channel. Panel settings are stored per channel. Viewer-side top cache — up to 5 minutes (localStorage). Deletion on request — within 30 days (see sections 4.3 and 6).

7.6. How to request deletion or restrict display:

• viewers — email admin@mderick.su with Twitch username and channel;
• streamers — disable top or levels in RobinSystem dashboard, delete account, or email the same address.
