Refund Policy

1. General Provisions
All RobinSystem subscription purchases are digital services with immediate access and irreversible resource consumption.
All purchases are final, refunds are not provided except cases explicitly described in this Policy.
By making a purchase, user confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy, Terms of Service and Terms of Sale.
2. Refund Conditions (card / SBP / MIR)
Refund is possible only in case of complete technical inability to provide service due to service fault, if request is submitted within 72 hours from payment or product delivery (whichever is later), including one or more of the following cases:
- Subscription access was not provided, or connection data was missing / not working due to technical reasons;
- Access to personal dashboard or service management infrastructure was not provided or fully unavailable;
- Service operation was fully disrupted by internal technical failure, making service usage impossible.
3. Important
Refund is NOT provided if:
- User refused service by own initiative, changed mind, selected wrong plan, or made purchase by mistake;
- Service access was provided and subscription activated, regardless of actual usage amount;
- Subscription usage has started, connection established, or data transfer initiated;
- Service limitations are caused by quality/stability/capacity of third-party networks (Twitch, ISPs) outside service control.
If access was provided and subscription activated, purchase is considered complete and final.
4. Refund Procedure
Refund request is reviewed within 72 hours from user support contact.
Refund is processed only to the original payment method used in initial purchase.
Settlement time depends on payment system and issuing bank and may take up to 5 business days.
5. Exceptions
Purchases paid with cryptocurrency are refundable under the same conditions as card/SBP payments.
Accounts violating acceptable use policy may be blocked without refund.
No refund is provided in cases of abuse, fraud suspicion, bypass attempts, or other bad-faith actions.
6. Final Rule
All purchases are final, except complete technical service failure caused by RobinSystem.
