Purpose and scope of application
These Terms of Sale constitute a public offer by the Administration of the RobinSystem service (hereinafter "Contractor") in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, addressed to any individual (hereinafter "User") wishing to purchase paid services or licenses (subscriptions).
Unconditional acceptance of this offer is considered to be the fact of payment by the User for the selected subscription or service on the website. From the moment of payment, the contract between the User and the Contractor is considered concluded.
The Terms of Sale detail the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the provision of paid features.
Paid Products & Prices
The prices of the products or licenses sold are those effective on the day of the order. They are denominated in Russian Rubles (RUB) and include all applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).
RobinSystem reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to provide the services at the prices indicated at the time the order is placed by the user.
The invoices or electronic receipts of your purchases are available on your panel and/or via a request to our customer service.
Terms of payment
The user can place an order on our site and pay by bank card or other available payment methods.
Payments are made through secure transactions provided by online payment platform providers (e.g., NicePay.io and CryptoCloud). RobinSystem does not store and has no access to your bank card data or private payment credentials.
Immediate execution and Refunds
By accepting the current Terms and Conditions, the User agrees that access to digital content and features (licenses) is provided immediately upon payment. In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (including the RF Consumer Protection Law and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), no refunds are provided at the User's initiative for the already granted right to use the software or digital services (activated subscription), as the service is considered fulfilled from the moment access is granted.
The only exception is the unavailability of the service due to the Contractor's fault: a refund is only possible if the service is technically non-functional and unavailable for use for more than 3 (three) consecutive days. In this case, the User has the right to contact support for a proportional refund for the unused period.
Canceling a subscription prevents future charges (in case of recurring billing) but does not result in a refund for an already paid period. The total or partial inability to use the service due to incompatibility of the User's equipment or blocks from third-party platforms (e.g., Twitch) cannot lead to any compensation or refund.
Force majeure
RobinSystem shall not be liable if the non-performance or delay in the performance of any of its obligations is due to force majeure. Such circumstances include external, unforeseeable and irresistible events in accordance with Clause 3 of Article 401 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (including but not limited to: natural disasters, military actions, sanctions, internet outages or third-party platform failures).
Blocking of the use of pay services
RobinSystem reserves the right to block pay usage for these services to a user in case of past disputes between the user and RobinSystem or of inappropriate use of service.
Premium Subscriptions
Subscriptions to our service provide access to several benefits (depending on the types of subscriptions), they take effect immediately (see Immediate execution section) and are not refundable.
Certain subscriptions offer the possibility to activate the automatic renewal (You have the choice of activating it or not during the subscription), this renewal can be deactivated without delay after subscription from the premium page or (if you did not have access) via a customer support request. As for the initial payment, the immediate execution of the renewal takes place upon receipt of the payment, the customer waives his right of withdrawal regarding the service (see Immediate execution section).
Unlimited Premium Subscriptions
We offer / we offered the possibility of obtaining unlimited subscription, the subscription will be available for the entire life of our service. If our service should be ended, no request for reimbursement will be possible.
Premium Subscription Codes (Keys)
Our service offers the possibility to purchase premium subscription codes (Keys), these codes (Keys) can be offered to anyone using our service. These codes (Keys) are in no way refundable. The user making this purchase must keep these codes (Keys) secret, we decline all responsibilities in case of stealing, unwanted use.
In case of "dispute" of the payment linked to the purchase of a Premium code (Key), the premium subscription of the account which used the code may be withdrawn following the dispute (Even if the destination account is not that of the purchase).
The right to use codes (keys) could also be blocked on the account, a total blocking of the account is also possible if fraudulent use is detected.
Benefits of Subscriptions
The subscription benefits displayed on our site/panel are indicative. The functionality of the service may be updated, modified, or supplemented by the Contractor.
Having an active premium subscription provides the User with priority technical support.
Subscriptions Bonus
Depending on your activity and other parameters, you may receive additional bonus subscription days. The User must respect the rules of the promotions; any abuse may lead to the cancellation of bonuses.
