RobinSystem is a Twitch automation platform for streamers: commands, overlays, analytics, quizzes, rewards, and engagement tools in one dashboard.
Start with the basics: connect bot, set up 2-3 commands, enable one engagement module (levels or quizzes), then add overlays to OBS.
Create overlay keys in /dashboard/overlays, customize style, test preview, then add URL in OBS/Streamlabs as Browser Source.
Available types:
- Chat, TTS, Alert Suite, Predictions, Word Guess
- FaceIT widgets (Stats, Radar, Match Start/End, Lobby)
- Deadlock Rank overlay (Steam-linked rank HUD)
- Donation Goal, Spotify Overlay
Premium/Ultra unlock advanced tools, higher limits, extended analytics, and additional customization modes for overlays and automation.
Use the Premium page in dashboard: top up balance, choose a plan, and purchase. Gift options are available from the same page.
Viewers earn points from activity and can spend them in your channel store. You configure products and conditions in dashboard/store.
Viewer pages are available at /viewer and /viewer/[channel], where users can track progress, leaderboard, and personal TTS settings.
Open /dashboard/scheduled-messages, create a rule (interval, cron, or one-off), set daypart windows/timezone and runtime conditions (live only, min chatters/viewers, game). Limits: Free 5, Premium 10, Ultra 20.
Check channel name, Twitch authorization, and connection status in settings. Try reconnecting the bot.
Make sure command is enabled, bot is connected, cooldown is not active, and command syntax starts with !.
Quizzes run automatically by schedule (time/messages), collect answers in chat, and reward correct users with configured points.
Users gain XP from chat messages and quiz wins (with anti-spam safeguards). Use !level or leaderboard to view progress.
Create giveaway in dashboard, set command and conditions, launch it, and the system picks winners automatically on finish.
Assistants receive delegated permissions. You can invite them and grant only the modules/actions you want.
Analytics provides viewer/message trends, event data, retention blocks, and additional premium metrics.
Configure event rules in /dashboard/triggers: follows, subs, viewer milestones, first message, custom triggers with placeholders and cooldowns. The page FAQ includes examples. Auto-translation for incoming chat is also configured there.
Go to Settings -> Integrations, connect FACEIT via OAuth, then use FACEIT commands and widgets in overlays.
Check provider/voice selection, prefix rules, message length, role filters, cooldown, and that TTS overlay is active in OBS.
Usually this is caused by module access, subscription tier, or delegated permissions rather than a UI bug. Check module status and your active plan first.
When a giveaway is active, the main /dashboard shows a compact card with title, participant count, and a direct button to open that giveaway.
Assistants can switch to delegated owner context only within granted permissions. They do not get unrestricted owner access and can switch back to their own account at any time.
Use /dashboard/site to enable your public page and configure content. Then use your /site/[streamer] URL in social links and channel bio.
Most cases are Browser Source setup issues: verify current overlay URL from /dashboard/overlays, check source size, clear cache/reload source, and confirm TTS/voice configuration for audio overlays.
Use /dashboard/quiz as the main configuration page. The scheduled-messages tab is a quick related entry point, but full quiz setup belongs to /dashboard/quiz.
Usually this is caused by active giveaway limits or an already running giveaway. End current giveaway, verify tier limits, and check required fields.
Check /dashboard/settings?tab=bot connection status, run a simple chat command like !level, and confirm new events appear in chat/analytics widgets.
In /dashboard/commands: Custom = your commands with variables, cooldowns, aliases. Built-in = bot commands like !level, !faceit (toggle/edit where supported). Templates = ready presets you apply and save as your own command.
Each custom command has a main trigger and optional aliases (comma-separated, e.g. !hi, !hello). All aliases share the same response and are checked for conflicts. Configure in the command editor under Custom tab.
Placeholders inject dynamic data into custom command responses. Syntax: $(variable) or $variable.

/dashboard/auto-moderation filters chat via Twitch moderator API: AntiBot, caps, links, banned/spam words, phone/card/IP rules. Presets: Soft, Balanced, Strict. Requires moderator:manage:chat_messages and moderator:manage:banned_users scopes.
/dashboard/word-guess: add words, choose chat or overlay mode, start manually or via autostart. Create Word Guess overlay key in /dashboard/overlays. XP/shop rewards optional. Premium/Ultra unlocks more overlay styles.
/dashboard/rewards syncs Twitch Channel Points with bot actions: redemption queue, purchase log, limits, cooldowns, delivery modes (chat, TTS, site effects). Requires bot connection and Twitch reward permissions.
Connect Spotify in Settings → Integrations, create Spotify Overlay key in /dashboard/overlays, customize and add URL to OBS. Integration must be active before creating the key.
Connect DonationAlerts or DonatePay, create Donation Goal key in /dashboard/overlays, set target and style, test with dashboard test donation.
/dashboard/referral-program: apply as partner, track status, use referral links and payouts per platform rules.
Ultra accounts: /dashboard/api — select scopes, issue key (shown once), revoke/regenerate as needed. Examples at /dashboard/api-help.
Enable on /dashboard/triggers: translate incoming messages, pick target language and display mode. Works alongside trigger rules, does not replace them.
Premium required. Open TTS in dashboard, enable TTS, pick provider (built-in, ElevenLabs, or Fish Audio), set prefix or read-all mode, role filters, and add TTS overlay URL to OBS.
Create Predictions key in /dashboard/overlays, pick style (Broadcast Signal on Premium), use dashboard preview modes (live/active/resolved), copy URL to OBS Browser Source.
Connect FACEIT in Settings → Integrations, then create FaceIT keys (Stats, Radar, Last Match, Match Start/End, Lobby) in /dashboard/overlays. Some widgets require Premium.
The Deadlock Rank overlay is an OBS Browser Source HUD: rank, progress, and recent form from a linked Steam account.
- Free: Relic and Aether Ring
- Premium and Ultra: Totem and Broadcast Rail
- Ultra: Ascent · rungs and Prism Cascade
Link Steam in Settings → Integrations, create Deadlock Rank in /dashboard/overlays, then paste the URL into OBS.
Landing page: Deadlock Twitch overlay.
Bot can create clips on command; clip analytics stores view/snapshot data with tier-based retention. Premium/Ultra keeps data longer.
Chat Monitor in dashboard shows live chat activity, moderation context, and bot events without opening Twitch chat directly.
Grant temporary VIP via /dashboard/chat or dedicated command. Expiry is tracked in dashboard; check active VIP list for end dates.
Chat history and clip snapshots have tier-based retention limits and automatic cleanup. Missing old data may be normal retention behavior, not a bug.
Check filters: hide commands, subscribers/mods only, badge/emote settings. Premium chat styles: Transmission, Label Tape and Comic Pop; Ultra adds Aurora Flow and Depth Stack.
Viewers configure personal TTS at /viewer/[channel] when streamer allows viewer provider switch. They use their own voice, not the streamer default.
