1.3. Authorization via Twitch account is treated as unconditional acceptance of these Terms. By using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent), reviewed these Terms, and accept them in full.
1.4. Service administration may modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance. The current version is always published on this page.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")
IMPORTANT: The Service is provided "AS IS" without express or implied warranties.
2.1. Service administration does not guarantee that:
- the Service will meet your expectations or requirements;
- the Service will be uninterrupted, fast, secure, and error-free;
- results obtained via the Service will be accurate or reliable;
- quality of any products, services, information, or materials obtained through the Service will meet your expectations;
- all service errors will be fixed.
2.2. Service administration is not liable for:
- direct or indirect losses caused by use or inability to use the Service;
- loss of data, profit, reputation, or other intangible losses;
- actions of third parties, including Twitch account restrictions;
- service interruptions caused by technical issues, updates, or force majeure;
- service incompatibility with user hardware or software.
2.3. You use the Service at your own risk. Responsibility for consequences of using the Service remains with the User.
3. Rights and Obligations
3.1. User agrees to:
- use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Twitch terms;
- bear full responsibility for any content created or broadcast using the Service;
- not share account credentials with third parties;
- not use the Service for spam, fraud, hate speech, or illegal activity;
- comply with applicable law while using the Service.
3.2. Service administration may:
- change service functionality at any time without prior notice;
- suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, including account blocking without refund;
- remove any content violating these Terms, law, or third-party rights.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All rights to the Service, including code, design, logos, trademarks, databases, and other IP assets, belong to service administration or its licensors.
4.2. Using the Service does not grant you IP rights, except limited rights to use service functionality under these Terms.
4.3. Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or otherwise using Service elements without written consent is prohibited.
5. Term and Termination
5.1. These Terms become effective when you start using the Service and remain in force until usage is terminated by the User or the Service is discontinued by administration.
5.2. Administration may immediately suspend or terminate access without prior notice for any reason, including Terms violations.
5.3. Upon termination, all rights to use the Service end immediately. Liability limitations and intellectual property provisions remain effective.
