How to add the chat bot to Twitch
The bot joins your channel chat on its own — nothing to download or keep running on your PC.
Sign in with Twitch
Log in to robinsystem.live with your streamer account. The bot connects to your chat automatically.
Make the bot a moderator
Type /mod rsystembot in chat. Without mod rights the bot cannot remove spam, send announcements, or reply above Twitch rate limits.
Create your first command
Open Commands in the dashboard, set a name without "!", the reply text and optional aliases.
Test it in chat
Type the command on your channel. Reply, permissions and cooldowns can be changed at any time without restarting anything.
How to make a custom Twitch command
A command is a word with an exclamation mark that the bot answers with a preset reply: !discord for your server link, !pc for your specs, !schedule for stream days.
Replies support variables: the viewer name, the text after the command, a usage counter, stream uptime, the current Spotify track, or the viewer level.

Permissions and cooldowns
- Access: everyone or only selected Twitch roles such as moderators or VIPs. Specific viewers can be added by name.
- Two cooldowns: a global chat cooldown and a per-viewer cooldown.
- Aliases: one command answers several names, such as !dc and !discord.
- Announcement replies: the bot can answer with a colored Twitch announcement (mod rights required).
Timers: scheduled chat messages
A timer posts to chat on an interval, in weekday and hour windows, or once at a set time.
- Send only while you are live.
- Conditions: minimum active chatters, minimum viewers, a specific game.
- Set your time zone so windows match your schedule.
Auto-responders and built-in commands
Auto-responders trigger without "!" when a message contains a keyword.
Built-in commands work out of the box: !level, !top, !me, !clip, !title, !game and FaceIT commands. You can enable or disable them and add your own aliases.
Moving from Nightbot
Import Nightbot commands, timers and auto-responders from the dashboard. $(user), $(touser), $(query), $(count) and $(eval) keep working; random numbers, time and current song are converted to RobinSystem variables. Duplicates and built-in command names are skipped.
