We’ve completely revamped analytics, updated the teams page, added new overlays, improved chat and giveaways, and Robin itself can now speak English.

Let’s break down the highlights.

02Analytics v2

Previously, analytics just showed numbers. Now Robin helps you understand what’s behind them and what’s worth paying attention to.

6 Analytics Sections

Live Stream Diagnostics

Robin analyzes the entire chain:

reach → engagement → retention → chat → follows → donations

The system identifies the weakest link and generates one key recommendation to focus on.

You can then track the results over the next three live streams and check whether the metric has changed following the recommendation.

Comparisons and Forecasts

The following features have been added to analytics:

• comparison of metrics with similar channels;
• forecast for the next live stream;
• expected online audience;
• forecast for peak viewership;
• forecast for new followers.

Viewer History

Now, each viewer has a separate card showing their visit history and activity.

You can also export the data you need for further analysis.

03Commands: New Page

We’ve completely redesigned the commands section.

Commands are now organized by module:

FACEIT · betting · profile · moderation · other tools

Live preview lets you immediately see how a command will look right in the chat.

And you can create a new command from a ready-made template in just a few clicks.

04Chat in the Dashboard

We’ve updated the chat interface and the viewer list.

Now:

• the active prediction or poll is pinned directly above the chat;
• results are updated in real time;
• viewer information is displayed next to the chat;
• you can interact with your audience without having to switch between different sections of the dashboard.

05Overlays

Chat Overlay

The chat overlay now features a new “single-line” mode:

In addition, the following options are available:

• Move messages below usernames;
• Align text in a column;
• Set the column width for usernames automatically based on the longest username on the screen.

Now you can customize the chat’s appearance to match your stream’s design much more precisely.

Alert Suite

Four new alert templates have been added:

We’ve added 7 full-screen scenes for the start of a match:

• Island
• Starting Lineup
• Radar
• Scales
• Arena
• Neon
• Hologram

The old “Modal Window” and “Lineups” options are no longer used for new settings.

06Robin Speaks English

Robin is becoming more accessible to streamers from different countries.

For new users, the language of the dashboard and the bot is determined automatically based on:

browser language · country · stream language

The following features are now available in English:

• levels;
• leaderboards;
• achievements;
• duels;
• bets;
• “Guess the Word”;
• !me;
• !clip;
• other standard bot responses.

If you’ve customized the message text yourself, Robin will save your version.

For visitors using an English-language browser, the site also offers an English version of the interface.

07Giveaways

We’ve updated the winner selection process.

Now, when a winner is selected again, the history of all previously drawn participants is saved.

Additionally, each viewer receives only one entry:

• Duplicate entries do not create additional chances;
• Changing your username does not create a new entry;
• the history of previous selections remains available.

This is especially important for giveaways where the winner must be selected again.

This update marks another major step forward for Robin.

We’re continuing to develop analytics, teams, overlays, and tools for engaging with viewers, and we’re gradually expanding English language support to the rest of the platform.
